Biography

"PJ loves film. Simplistic I know, but sincerely true for this Lesotho-born filmmaker. When he finished high school, the only path PJ sought to follow was film. Because of this he received a National Certificate in Motion Picture Production from the Tshwane Institute of Technology. Following that, he received a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Film and Broadcasting from Allanby Campus. Since his studies, he’s resumed his career as an active film director and camera man in the Lesotho and South African film industries – culminating in his first feature film last year – a joint effort between the Lesotho government and UNICEF. One of PJ’s biggest achievements was being part of the Peabody-winning Intersexions (HIV/AIDS educational programme) directing team." - Big World Cinema
