Biography

"Joseph Mqondisi Dlamini obtained his certificate of journalism and moved into sound recording for documentaries and television. His work has taken him all over Africa. In TV, he has worked on the South African soap Muvhango; the children's programme Takalani Sesame; reality show Survivor Maldives and the ZAIN series Touching Lives, which fulfilled the dreams of ordinary people in Ghana, Zambia and Niger. His documentary work includes the acclaimed German/Swiss/SA co-production Hidden Heart and Jihan El-Tahri’s Behind the Rainbow, as well as Women with Obstetric Fistula in Ethiopia, which was produced by Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo." - Big World Cinema
