Biography

Siyabonga Xaba, also known as Siya Xaba, is an actor whose career began in 2009, when he was cast in the ETV drama; Foreplay Sex Tips for Girls. In that same year, he also stared in children's edutainment drama; Soul Buddyz season 5. With two local credits to his name, he was cast in the international series; Strike Back season 2: Project Dawn and Book of Negroes.= Most recently he was cast in hit telenovela; Gomora, feature film; Back of the Moon, as well as international TV show; The Professionals. With over a decade of acting experience, Siya has recently branched out into producing and directing; making his first short film “Carrots” in 2020. He is passionate about the film industry and is eager to learn, grow and hone his craft.
